1. Access and Hosting

You can visit our website without giving any personal information. Each time a website is called up, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call.

These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. According to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the website.

1.1 Third-party hosting services

As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides us with the services for hosting and displaying the website. All data that is collected as part of the use of this website or in the forms provided in the online shop as described below are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope explained here.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

1.2 Content Delivery Network

For the purpose of a shorter loading time, we use some offers so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN"). With this service, content e.g. large media files, via regionally distributed servers of external CDN service providers delivered. Access data is therefore processed on the servers of the service providers. Our service providers work for us within the framework of order processing. Our Service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside the EU and the EEA. For these countries there is no adequacy decision of the European Commission before. Our cooperation with them is based on European Commission Standard Data Protection Clauses. 2. Data collection and use for contract processing, establishing contact, and opening a customer account

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of an order, when you contact us (e.g. using the contact form or email) or when you open a user account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we need the data to process the contract, to process your contact, or to open a user account, and you cannot complete the order and/or open the account or send the contact without them. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR to process contracts and to process your inquiries.   2. ga-disable-G-ZKX75XEED5: This cookie is set if a user declines cookies. It prevents Google Analytics from tracking the user, if Google Analytics was loaded previously.

3.1 Use of Google services for analytics and marketing reasons

We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd.,Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Those by the Google Technologies automatically collected information about your use of our Website is usually sent to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre transferred to and stored at Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For the US there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission. Our Cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses European Commission. If your IP address via Google technologies is collected, it will be anonymized before it is stored on Google servers. As far as there is nothing different  specified for individual technologies, the data processing agreement is based on for the respective technology closed agreement between joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to automatically collect and store data (IP addresses, timestamp of visit, browser, device) from which anonymized user profiles are being generated. For this service to work correctly, some cookies are used. Your IP-Address will not be linked with other data from Google. The data processing is done based on an order processing agreement with google. For the purpose of optimizing the marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for "Google products and services". This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and then use it to improve Google services. Data released to Google as part of these data release settings is based on an additional agreement between those responsible. We have no influence on the subsequent data processing by Google.

Google Analytics will not be loaded unless you have given the consent by allowing the use of cookies on our site. You can always adjust your cookie settings on our cookie settings page.

4. Social Media

Our presence on social networks and platforms serves for better, active communication with our customers and interested parties. There we provide information about our products and current special promotions.

When you visit our online presence on social media, your data can be automatically collected and saved for market research and advertising purposes. So-called usage profiles are created from this data using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to your interests. For this purpose, cookies are usually used on your device.
